Vacancy: Sales Representative (Baku City)

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets according to the set plan;
• Prepare accurate and detailed daily and monthly reports on product sales and cash turnover, and submit them in writing to the department manager;
• Monitor proper and organized product placement at sales points;
• Establish relationships with customers, promote the company’s products, find new clients, and provide them with information about services directly;
• Assess customer satisfaction to evaluate service quality, conduct analysis, identify shortcomings, and report suggestions to management;
• Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and offer proposals;
• Provide regular reports to the sales manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of Russian is desirable;
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the wholesale or related field;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory.

Working Conditions:

• Salary: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus;
• Corporate phone, vehicle, and fuel provided by the company;
• Position based in Baku city.
